Every paddle we produce features a 4-layer carbon fiber build (3× T700 + 1× Toray layer) for maximum strength and longevity.

Absolutely. We offer two proven shapes: flat-head and hybrid. Beyond these, we support full shape customization through custom mold development—allowing your brand to create a truly unique silhouette and playing experience.

Answer

— PP Honeycomb: Best for entry to mid-range paddles. It’s a proven, cost-effective standard for reliable performance.
— Foam Core: Best for premium and flagship paddles. It offers higher rebound, a quieter impact, and superior vibration dampening for a refined feel.
Foam cores are typically reserved for high-end custom and Gen-series projects where feel and elasticity are the top priorities.

6. What surface materials can be used for Gen 3, Gen 4 and Gen 5 paddles?

Answer

Surface materials option include raw T700 carbon fiber, 3K, 18K, Kevlar, and titanium. T700 carbon fiber is our default recommendation—it delivers excellent spin, control, and durability.
But if you want to create a flagship model, you can consider upgrading to 3K, Kevlar, 18K, or titanium.
Note: Trufoam not compatible with cold-press methods—thermoforming is required.

7. What does “high-density foam core” mean, and does it really matter?

It matters greatly for performance. High-density foam packs more material into the core, resulting in higher rebound energy, better stability, and reduced vibration. It’s the key to achieving that quiet, solid impact sound and consistent feel pros demand. While it increases production costs, it’s the fastest way to elevate your paddle from a commodity item to a premium brand offering.
